COMMUNITY WELFARE AND HEALTH AWARENESS PROGRAMS
At the beginning of every academic year routine health check up of all school children is carried out. Medicines as per the doctor's advise are provided free of cost to the needy children. In the last three years more than 1000 school children have been benefited by this scheme. Medical report of each child is prepared and given to them for their personal records.
With assistance from Escorts and MAX hospitals, PES conducts regular health check up camps for poor people living in the remote villages of UP under Community Development Program, so far 790 villagers hailing from remote villages of UP were checked for diabetes, hypertension, heart diseases etc. in addition to these camps, awareness programs on personal hygiene and health care are periodically conducted in the village. Society also seeks association of Rotary Club ( Mathura ) and Lions Club (United – Delhi West) in conducting the programs.
